Microsoft powerpoint is a software that was developed by Jhon Rey of Microsoft for the purpose of presentations. It is a form of persusavive technology that is useful for teachers, business people and students.
Microsoft Powerpoint can be incoperated into the classroom setting. This adds more effect to the the topic that is being taught, as it is one of the many ways to get children to be attentive.

PowerPoint presentations consist of a number of individual pages or "slides". The "slide" analogy is a reference to the slide projector, a device that has become obsolete with the use of PowerPoint and other presentation software. Slides may contain text, graphics, movies, and other objects, which may be arranged freely on the slide.
